About Us..For more than three decades NCA/LRA has provided alcohol and other drug abuse treatment to those in need regardless of their ability to pay. A full continuum of services, Assessments, Education, Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient and Residential are available to meet the needs of our clients. Fees are based on income using a sliding fee scale, and Medicaid, Blue Cross and other insurances are accepted. We are licensed by the State of Michigan and accredited by CARF (Council on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities).
